Operator (2-shift schedule) | Barneveld | 40 hours | €2.492 – €2.963 gross every 4 weeks excluding 12% shift allowance

For a growing company in Barneveld, we’re looking for operators who are ready to take their place on the production line. The products you’ll be working with are subject to strict quality and hygiene regulations.

What will you be doing?
As an Operator, you play a key role in keeping the production process running smoothly. Your job is varied and requires a sense of responsibility.

• You start by checking the planning and making sure your line is set up properly
• You constantly monitor quality, safety, and hygiene
• You handle small technical issues yourself – and if that’s not possible, you quickly call in the technical team
• You work closely with your colleagues to deliver good results and help keep the energy high, especially when the pace picks up
• At the end of the shift, you leave everything clean and ready for the next round

What do we ask from you?

• Preferably an MBO-2 level diploma, ideally in a technical or production-related field
• An interest in technology, food, and production processes
• You’re precise, resilient under pressure, and stay positive even when things get tough
• You can communicate well in Polish and Dutch or English is a pré
• You\'re eager to learn and always looking for ways to improve

What do we offer you?

• A job in the 2-shift system (morning and afternoon/evening shifts)
• A salary between € 2.300 and € 2.700 gross per 4 weeks (age 21 and up), plus a 12.5% shift allowance
• Working hours between 06:00 and 23:00, Monday through Friday (occasional Saturdays)
• A direct contract with a great employer
• You’ll be working in a chilled environment (2–4 degrees), with proper protective clothing of course

• Het beheren van financiële accounts en grootboekrekeningen.
• Het voorbereiden en uitvoeren van btw-aangiftes en andere fiscale zaken.
• Het maken van financiële rapportages en ondersteunen bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen.
• Het opstellen van balansdossiers voor de jaarrekening en belastingaangifte.
• Het signaleren van verbeterpunten en het optimaliseren van processen.
• Eventueel het oppakken van de salarisadministratie en fungeren als aanspreekpunt binnen het team.

• HBO denk- en werkniveau.
• Minimaal 4 jaar relevante werkervaring.
• Kennis van belastingwetgeving en risicobeheersing.
• Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en hebt verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
• Goede beheersing van zowel Nederlands als Engels.
• Beschikbaar voor 32 – 40 uur per week.

• Een salaris tussen € 4.200 en € 5.300 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van leeftijd en ervaring.
• Direct op contract bij Newland EMEA.
• Hybride werken (minimaal 1 dag per week), na een gedegen inwerkperiode.
• Flexibele werktijden.
• Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per km of volledige OV-vergoeding.
